Deployment Alert? Ya think? |
The U.S. State Department released a travel warning for Iraq, "strongly" warning U.S. citizens against travel to that country. So ... when those
deployment orders to Iraq hit your desk, simply tell your Unit Deployment Manager (UDM) that a U.S. State Department statement warned you not to visit that country. The Air Force should immediately amend your orders, sending you to a cushy desk job in the Cayman Islands ... or was that Leavenworth? Ahh, you'll figure it out.
